What is MYTRAK

Intelligent exercise! Using leading edge technology to transform any array of exercise equipment into a smart training system to benefit every type of user.  MYTRAK training is so smart that each exercise machine automatically recognizes every user, knows their goals, coaches optimal exertion, calculates appropriate progression, records physical performance and reports a total body training score at the end of each exercise session.

Each exercise machine has a Success Coach mini-computer that is networked into the MYTRAK Kiosk securely storing every user’s personal exercise data. MYTRAK performs an initial assessment and with the consultation of a personal trainer, athletic trainer, physical therapist or staff member, a custom fit exercise prescription is created based on the user’s goals.

A totally new experience! MYTRAK advances the level and quality of physical training while simplifying the process. The Success Coach guides and motivates physical performance using an interactive display of green, yellow and red lights. The “Go for Green” interaction and MYTRAK's incentive point program employs instant gratification at the point of exercise effort to sustain performance progression and long term participation.

Success Coach
The MYTRAK Success Coach - Exercise Computer is the heart of the MYTRAK system. It is a mini-computer that mounts directly to hydraulic or weight stack exercise equipment, converting them into automated and intelligent training devices.

ID Cardio
The MYTRAK ID band contains the intelligence to identify and communicate with each MYTRAK Exercise Computer. Each member is issued a unique personalized ID band at registration.
